Responsibilities: 

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and proactively reach out to potential customers using various methods, including cold calls, emails, and networking initiatives.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Build and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and expectations.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of Earnipay‘s products or services, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  4. Sales Presentations:
    • Create customized proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to each client’s requirements.
    • Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to effectively showcase the unique value of Earnipay’s offerings.
  5. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  6. Sales Strategy:
    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  7. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and key metrics.
  8. Customer Support:
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring post-sale support and overall customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Contribute insights to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
