Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conducting reference and background checks as required.
  •  Assisting in the preparation and presentation of job offers, including negotiating salary and benefits.
  • Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
  • Assist with onboarding new hires


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 3 years as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
