Job Summary

The Media Assistant will provide administrative support to our Communications & Brand Team. You will assist in planning media advertising for multiple platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, newsletters, and other paperwork as required by the Communications & Brands team.
  • Create and monitor media schedules.
  • Conduct research to collect useful media data.
  • Assist in resolving issues and help build strong relationships with media outlets.
  • Assist in media advertising campaigns for various platforms both online and offline.
  • Plan and create media schedules. Attend meetings, conferences, and all Internal & External Corporate Events.
  • Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts.
  • Prepare weekly reports and to-do’s to be submitted to media agencies. 

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising or a similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus proficient in MS Office; experience with media analytics software good research skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadline
