Manage and maintain various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest, for multiple brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce, and recommend new initiatives and ideas to achieve company goals.
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creative direction, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environments
