Responsibilities
- Coordinates and facilitates onboarding and off-boarding of all staff.
- Develops, updates, implements, and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Understand relevant HR functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation, benefits, training, and development.
- Maintain all HR files (public and private) in easy-to-navigate electronic files, in compliance with document retention policies.
- Implement the HR strategy within assigned departments taking into consideration strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensuring that all employees are familiarized with the organization’s handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
- Organize learning and development programs for employees
Qualifications & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Professional HR certification membership to an HR body e.g. CIPM, SPHRI, etc., or equivalent is advantageous.
- Experience in implementing Human Resources Management Information Systems.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
