Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Research & Innovation Consultant to join our team in supporting the research, technology, and innovation division . You will play a critical role in the entire research lifecycle, from designing and conducting research studies to generating insights that inform research and innovation
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and opportunities.
- Develop research proposals that outline research questions, methodologies, and timelines.
- Design and conduct research studies, employing various methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, data analysis).
- Ensure the quality and integrity of research data through robust data collection and quality assurance procedures.
- Analyze research data and generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Communicate research findings effectively through written reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Manage research projects effectively, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research methodologies and trends in relevant fields.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Social Science) or equivalent experience with a strong research background.(proven relevant experience )
- [5+ years] of experience in research consulting or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, conducting, and managing research projects.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies (e.g., quantitative, qualitative).
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation techniques.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
