Ibadan Business School Limited is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager. As a Hotel Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Oversight: Provide effective leadership and management of day-to-day hotel operations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management for the hotel.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to attract guests and promote the hotel.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel facilities.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
