Utilize social media and other digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor e-commerce trends and recommend strategies to boost online sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
