Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc Degree.
- Ability to reliably commute to Ibadan or plan to relocate before starting work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all food preparation areas in accordance with established hygiene standards.
- Wash and store cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes appropriately.
- Assist the Cook in preparing meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Aid in unloading delivered food supplies and organize and store them correctly.
- Transfer meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen promptly, following the Cook’s instructions.
- Participate in stirring and heating soups and sauces, as well as preparing hot beverages.
