Job Details:

Position: Female CRM Manager (Full Time)

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: 2 years

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Field: Customer Care

Responsibilities:

– Implement and oversee the CRM system to effectively track, analyze, and optimize customer data, interactions, and feedback.
– Develop and execute strategic CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.
– Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences.
– Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to improve the overall customer experience.
– Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
– Plan and execute CRM campaigns utilizing various channels such as email marketing, SMS, and other customer communication platforms.
– Provide training and support to staff members on CRM system usage and best practices.
– Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
– Stay informed about industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance CRM strategies and processes.
– Manage the CRM department effectively.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools, with experience in implementation and management.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer communication platforms.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture customer relationships.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
– Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
– Immediate availability to commence work.
– PLEASE NOTE: Proximity to Lagos Business School Axis is vital. Applicants must reside on the Island and preferably live close to Lagos Business School.
