Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling and leasing properties, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
- The Sales Executive will also attend property visits, negotiate prices, and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of either BSc, HND, & OND.
- 1 year or more of proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
- Possesses solid networking, marketing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a goal-getter and ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be confident and smart.
Location: The candidate must reside in Lekki/Ajah environs.
Remuneration:
- 10% commission on sales.
- NGN100,000 incentive on land sale for first 3 months.
- HMO.
