About Job

A trading officer is responsible for managing digital exchange services between the company and its clients. He or she performs other functions in relation to customer services and bookkeeping.

Core Responsibilities

1. Perform exchange transactions with clients and ensure customers derive optimal satisfaction from the trading experience.
2. Ensure adequate documentation of work data through bookkeeping.
3. Manage customer services and other inquiries.
4. Promote the company’s brand through marketing efforts.
5. Perform other functions as may be necessary in the line of work.  

Key Requirements :

1. Must possess educational qualifications ranging from ND/HND/BSC.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Internet applications
3. Detailed and target-oriented with a goal mindset
4. Excellent team spirit and communication skills
5. Good human relations and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Exceptionally smart and proactive
