We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager / Strategist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media accounts for us and our clients, with a focus on driving client acquisition and engagement through strategic social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive lead generation for us and our clients.
Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets, tailored to target audiences and industry trends.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns.
Proactively identify opportunities for social media partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagements to amplify brand visibility and reach.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Client Services, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and client needs.
Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Recommend and organize events and initiatives to enhance client acquisition and engagement, leveraging social media platforms as promotional channels.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Ability to place adverts on the entire Meta ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
