Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including:
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Develop visually compelling graphics, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with IllaJ Holdings’ brand identity.
- Utilize design software to create high-quality visuals.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging short-form video content (e.g., social media videos, explainer videos) using video editing software.
- Implement social media strategies to align with specific business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content.
- Create strategic hashtags, captions, content, and calendars.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Track & measure insights/analytics.
- Assist with photography shoots and manage the brand’s image library.
Social Media Management & Growth:
- Develop and implement engaging social media content calendars to build brand awareness and community engagement across various platforms.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and insights to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Branding & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about current design trends and the industry’s best practices.
- Be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues across the branding and marketing departments.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in a design-related field, preferably within a branding or marketing role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, content creation abilities, and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of video editing software.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
