  • We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager / Strategist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media accounts for us and our clients, with a focus on driving client acquisition and engagement through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive lead generation for us and our clients.
  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets, tailored to target audiences and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for social media partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagements to amplify brand visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Client Services, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and client needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Recommend and organize events and initiatives to enhance client acquisition and engagement, leveraging social media platforms as promotional channels.


  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to place adverts on the entire Meta ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player with a passion for innovation and continuous
