- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Sadnan Delivery’s visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, products, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience to amplify our message and reach new followers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to inform strategy and content creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in line of a degree
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or delivery industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for crafting compelling copy.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools for tracking performance and deriving insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
