The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging social media technologies and trends, and incorporate them into our strategies as appropriate.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and interpret performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
