Job Summary
Samhays Limited is looking to expand our sales team with results-driven sales representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at our Aspamda Tradefair (Ojo) Sales Outlets.
Job Description
- Present, promote and sell the company”s products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through calls,E-channels,social media and visits
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse market potential, track sales and write status reports within catchment areas
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Awareness of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Experience in sales and an understanding of the sales process and dynamics would be an added advantage
- Honesty and Integrity
- The ability to drive and possession of a current drivers license would be an added advantage
