Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Provide information on promotions, discounts, and store policies to customers.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise, checking for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Punctuality and reliability.
- B.Sc, OND, HND and you must reside in Onitsha specifically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards customer service.
