Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals.
- Maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database.
- Coordinating with the relevant team on lead generation.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing on sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
Qualifications
Requirements/Skills:
- A graduate with relevant work experience of 2 years.
- Previous experience within ISP or telecommunications is a must
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Value Selling, Negotiation Skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
