Job Summary
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in Lagos. The sales manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance metrics and evaluate sales effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure the success and development of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
- BSC or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with real estate databases and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices in Nigeria.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
