Job Description


This position will oversee real estate sales transactions and client relationship management for buyers and partners. The scope includes drafting sales offers/contracts for buyers, negotiating sales prices for clients, and leading a team of realtors to close deals.


The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the real estate sales landscape, can fully delimitate between operations in a real estate agency and operations in a real estate development company, has extensive experience working with a real estate agency, has a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality, is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. The sales officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including customer service, managing property listings, and sales negotiations. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the community management ability and skills of managing realtors’ networks. The sales officer also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.   • Achieve sales targets by selling properties in the company’s portfolio.
  • Client relationship management and reporting
  • Solving client complaints and answering clients’ questions.
  • Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, and sales associates.
  • Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques
  • Provide guidelines and guidance to realtors and clients on the application procedures for the company’s projects.
  • Collaborate and network with realtors.

  • First Degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record of closed deals.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Looks professional and presentable.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage a team of realtors.
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation.
