Bring onboard apartment and shortlet owners through various channels, including personal visits, online platforms, networking events and clients’ referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and support to vendors throughout the listing process, including property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as photographers, and videographers to ensure successful apartment capture.
Prepare and make presentation to clients in a professional manner.
Meet and exceed sales targets of onboarding at least 25 short let owners monthly.
Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
