Job Description
As the Sales Director at Sinoma Fabcom Structural Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the building materials sector, with a focus on Stone Coated Roofing Sheets, and Steel Long-span. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong relationships with customers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the building materials sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in meeting sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities in the construction industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction market.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Stone Coated Roofing Sheets and other building materials manufactured by Fabcom Structural Ltd. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our products to customers.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop comprehensive sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure profitable contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and track the performance of the sales team. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, sales optimization, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Implement necessary changes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry, with a strong understanding of the construction market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
