Job Summary

Deslog Training & Consulting Limited is an organization that provides Professional Training, ISO certification & consultancy services as well as Oil & Gas Support Services. In our quest to meet the ever-growing demands of our existing & prospective clients, we are seeking to employ smart, innovative & highly experienced digital Marketers

Responsibilities

  • Market our products and services online, generate business leads using digital marketing
  • Develop high-quality content for website pages, emails, and social media marketing.
  • Conduct training for students on Data Analysis
  • Generate leads by sorting for new corporate and individual customers through the LinkedIn sales navigator and other online channels
  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions.
  • Actively post engaging content on our company’s social media handles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and increase social media Followers
  • Develop a social media content calendar and plan campaigns to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies, and optimize our websites to improve our company website’s visibility and ranking to Google’s first page on selected keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and measure results through analytics tools.
  • Manage the company website
  • Source and partner with influencers, journalists, bloggers/vloggers, and editors to drive profitable ROI
  • Launch optimized and cost-effective online adverts (PPC, PPI, etc) through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. to maximize sales and increase company and brand awareness
  • Generate B2B and B2C leads and convert generated leads to sales
  • Close B2B and B2C business deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. 
  • Minimum of HND
  • Applicants should have a good command of English.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and other tools.
  • Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Excellent knowledge experience in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads
  • Someone with business acumen and strategies

  • Web Design & Management skills is an added advantage
