Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Effective Market research for potential lead generation.
Develop strategies to drive revenue within, to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Promote the company’s ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
Generate new leads to be converted to sales and ensure customer retention.
Effective and constant monitoring of customers’ activities with a view to cross-selling and upselling to such clients.
Promptly process new sales requests and review existing sales accurately.
Create solutions and ideas that can be effectively presented to customers to make sales.
Leverage on the company’s existing relationships to develop referral opportunities.
Keep abreast of local and international economic, financial, industry, and political events that may impact sales and provide periodic reports on the same
Coordinate and confidently deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
Keep management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly analyses.
Ensure meticulous follow-up and recording of all sales activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Make recommendations on sales strategy or policy by evaluating sales results and competitive developments.
Make presentations to customers and make OEM relationships.

Requirements
4+ years’ experience in a similar role within the IT / Telecoms industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Street-smart and experienced in deploying different initiatives to attract and onboard clients through targeted marketing strategies
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
