Registrar

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

1. Provide effective leadership and management to achieve the organization’s objectives.
2. Directly communicate with and report to the Board on key matters.

Additional Advantage:

• Possession of a law qualification will be considered an added advantage.

Terms of Employment:

• The position is not pensionable.
• Tenure is for four (4) years, renewable for a second term of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, with a maximum tenure of eight years.

Remuneration: Competitive remuneration package, 30% above Government Grade Level.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements:

• Hold a B.Sc./HND in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
• Possess a minimum of ten (10) years post-qualification cognate experience.
• Hold professional qualification as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS).
• Be registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)

Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrate excellent managerial and leadership skills with a high level of integrity.
• Exhibit exceptional report writing and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
• Be a resourceful and flexible team player, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Possess a strong vision and commitment to enhancing the organization’s image and activities.
• Interact effectively with other professional bodies and industry associations.
