- Diligently recording visitor requests and incoming calls, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt follow-up.
- Assisting clients and visitors with inquiries, and providing relevant and accurate information about our services and operations.
- Coordinating front-desk activities, such as scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Offering administrative support to colleagues as needed, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
- Executing ad-hoc administrative tasks promptly and effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or equivalent.
