  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading sales prospecting, negotiation, and closure, as well as overseeing both digital and traditional marketing efforts within the real estate industry. This is a full-time on-site role that demands proficiency in real estate sales techniques and a deep understanding of marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and availability.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and prepare contracts and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Plan and coordinate traditional marketing activities such as print advertisements, signage, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and marketing ROI to management.
  • Mentor and train junior sales and marketing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent networking abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid real estate agent license [if applicable] and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
