Position Overview:

 International Health Management Services (IHMS) seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our HMO services, increase brand awareness, and drive member acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  3. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation through strategic branding initiatives, messaging, and positioning.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  5. Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email, and print collateral.
  6. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and tools to support sales efforts.
  8. Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  10. Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry or HMO sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with market research and analysis.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience with healthcare marketing and understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing disciplines (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
