About Job

  • In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of strategies to engage and connect with our community members.
  • You will play a key role in organizing events, managing social media channels, and fostering relationships with community partners to promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity within our community.


  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of belonging among our community members 
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events, both in-person and virtual
  • Engage with community members on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and gather feedback
  • Create and curate content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of community initiatives 
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Support the community engagement team in other tasks and projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
