Collaborate with the senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, and training to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Provide leadership in developing strategies for strategic workforce plans, performance management, talent development, remuneration, and industrial relations.
Act as a champion in driving cutting-edge interventions to drive productivity and profitability of the business.
Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including a review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
Provide the strategic framework to assist staff in understanding company policies and labor legislation.

Develop and implement departmental budget and staff appraisals
Take the lead in designing a framework for employee relations that ensures industrial harmony across the group
Ensure the company’s training and development interventions are anchored on developing organizational structures aligned with the company’s strategy
Facilitate professional development, training, certification, and appraisal activities for HR staff.
Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs, including leave, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management productivity, reward systems, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years related experience in human capital management;
Proven work experience as Head of Human Capital.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and use initiative

Professional certification like PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification is preferred
