We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with over 2 years of experience for our client to join our Growth and Marketing Department.
As a key team member, you will be crucial in shaping our brand’s visual identity and supporting our marketing efforts through compelling graphic design.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Design marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
Create eye-catching visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized projects.
Assist in creating and maintaining a digital asset library for easy access to design resources.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design processes and workflows within the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is required.
Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, but not required.
