Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
• Scan goods and collect payments.
• Ensure the pricing is correct.
• Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets.
• Redeem stamps and coupons.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Keep records of transactions.
• Bag, box, or wrap packages.
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in retail cashiering or sales.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash registers, scanners, money counters).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Sales skills.
• High school degree or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
