We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Executive Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client accounts.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and recommend customized solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and contractual terms.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline, exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota consistently.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
