  • Job Field: Driving 
  • Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month

Responsibilities:

  1. Dispatch Customer Items and Documents:
    • Efficiently dispatch customer items and essential documents to clients in a timely manner.
    • Ensure the safe and secure delivery of goods while adhering to delivery schedules.
    • Prioritize and organize deliveries to optimize time and resources.
  2. Bike Maintenance:
    • Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bikes.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team for necessary repairs or enhancements.
  3. Daily Reporting:
    • Generate comprehensive daily reports detailing client visits, deliveries, and any noteworthy observations.
    • Document and communicate any challenges or discrepancies encountered during the delivery process.
    • Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency of the dispatch operations.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Interact professionally with customers during the delivery process, ensuring a positive and customer-friendly experience.
    • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
    • Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
  5. Route Optimization:
    • Evaluate and optimize delivery routes for increased efficiency and reduced delivery times.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall performance.
  6. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery confirmations.
    • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  7. Adherence to Policies:
    • Strictly adhere to company policies and guidelines related to delivery procedures and safety protocols.
    • Stay informed about any updates or changes in company policies and procedures.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Actively participate in training programs or workshops aimed at enhancing delivery skills and knowledge.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in the dispatch department.
