Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly and promptly respond to customer inquiries via direct messages on WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Understand our products and services deeply to assist customers and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Identify sales opportunities during interactions and work towards closing sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and skill in building rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and sales.
