Responsibilities:
- Swiftly and promptly respond to customer inquiries via direct messages on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Understand our products and services deeply to assist customers and make appropriate recommendations.
- Identify sales opportunities during interactions and work towards closing sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and skill in building rapport with customers.
