Responsibilities
- Act as a beauty lifestyle product consultant to customers
- Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
- Have deep product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution
- Encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates through testimonials, reviews, and referrals
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Degree is required
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Only candidates located within Lekki, Victoria Island, and Lagos axis will be considered.
