Job Summary:

Our real estate company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer and Sales Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing both sales activities and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about our properties, services, and promotions, and assist customers in making informed purchases or decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets, and contribute to the achievement of team sales goals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
