The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships that can contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth and stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to position the company effectively in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. .
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of the company’s overall business strategy.
- Ability to access market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
