  • SalesPlat is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the brand’s business growth and expand the brand’s market presence in the renewable energy sector.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

Top 3 Specific Goals:

  • Establish a solid pipeline of B2B customers willing to convert to solar energy in the shortest possible time
  • Understand and help develop/ improve the current sales/customer acquisition processes.
  • Constantly meeting the assigned sales target (closing a minimum of 5 deals a month and meeting a minimum sales target of N20 Million).


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the renewable energy (solar) industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, including key players, customers, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong experience with B2B sales and the ability to foster relationships with key decision-makers on the client side.
