Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
- Execute campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
- Design and oversee the digital marketing department, including marketing database, email, and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Plan and manage social media accounts, YouTube channels, and other platforms.
- Oversee the distribution of content on all platforms.
- Create marketing materials such as case studies, references, and client quotes.
- Track and calculate content ROI, conduct content audits, and develop strategies for content success.
- Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
- Increase subscribers on YouTube and followers on all social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of content marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience in planning and managing social media accounts.
