A Fintech Direct Sales Advisor is a professional who sells financial technology products or services to customers or clients. They are responsible for generating leads, following up on new business opportunities, creating awareness for the fintech offerings, and closing deals.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales objectives.
- Provide a comprehensive and professional selling, advisory and delivery service to clients.
- Assess business potential of all portfolios, client per client, develop portfolios, initiate new potential deals and mandates on their activity perimeter.
- Review and distribute pipeline reports.
- Manage various documents for all sources effectively.
- Lead large scale enterprise deals in the financial services and banking markets.
- Hire and motivate a driven, efficient sales team.
- Build and maintain KPIs and sales quotas for the team.
- Build realistic sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the fintech industry, products, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Have relevant sales experience in the fintech sector or a similar industry.
