Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide effective leadership and management to achieve the organization’s objectives.
- Directly communicate with and report to the Board on key matters.
Additional Advantage:
- Possession of a law qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Terms of Employment:
- The position is not pensionable.
- Tenure is for four (4) years, renewable for a second term of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, with a maximum tenure of eight years.
Remuneration: Competitive remuneration package, 30% above Government Grade Level.
Qualifications and Professional Requirements:
- Hold a B.Sc./HND in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years post-qualification cognate experience.
- Hold professional qualification as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS).
- Be registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrate excellent managerial and leadership skills with a high level of integrity.
- Exhibit exceptional report writing and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
- Be a resourceful and flexible team player, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Possess a strong vision and commitment to enhancing the organization’s image and activities.
- Interact effectively with other professional bodies and industry associations.
