Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified Legal and Human Resources Officer to manage both legal and HR responsibilities within our organization.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both fields, with a strong understanding of legal compliance and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on various company matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
- Ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with legal standards
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related legal issues such as labor law and workplace compliance
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in legal and HR roles
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Must reside in Abuja.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
