• Job Type: Full Time, Onsite

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: 300,000 – 350000 Naira, Other benefits include, Paid Overtime, HMO,
Performance Bonuses etc.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
  related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is
  an added advantage.
• Experience: 4- 6 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background
  in HR business operations.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent
  interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Analytical mindset with
  experience in HR data reporting and metrics. Dependable leadership capabilities,
  active listening and detail-oriented. Proficiency with HR software and Google
  Workspace.
