Job Description

Job Duties

  • Bring onboard apartment and shortlet owners through various channels, including personal visits, online platforms, networking events and clients’ referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to vendors throughout the listing process, including property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as photographers, and videographers to ensure successful apartment capture.
  • Prepare and make presentation to clients in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets of onboarding at least 25 short let owners monthly.

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years  record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
  • Good reporting skills
