Responsibilities:

Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice and guidance to subcontractors, craftspeople, and construction operatives on the construction site, ensuring that the work adheres to industry standards and specifications.
Project Management: Manage construction sites and projects, overseeing all building works to ensure they meet quality standards and are executed according to the project plan.
Site Planning and Surveying: Conduct precise setting out, levelling, and surveying of the construction site to ensure accurate alignment with project plans and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of construction work by conducting regular inspections, verifications, and assessments to meet or exceed defined standards.
Document Management: Manage and organize design documents on-site, ensuring that all construction activities align with the approved plans and specifications.
Health and Safety Oversight: Supervise site security and health and safety measures, implementing and enforcing protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
Resource Coordination: Efficiently organize and oversee both material and human resources on the construction site, optimizing their use for maximum productivity.
Compliance Liaison: Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations, building codes, and by-laws, facilitating necessary permits and approvals.
