Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, with a crucial prerequisite of at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with the overall objectives of the manufacturing facility.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of skilled and qualified personnel.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by implementing effective communication strategies and resolving workplace issues promptly.
- Training and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce, promoting professional growth.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and processes to evaluate employee performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a fair and ethical work environment.
