HR & Admin Manager:

- Salary: N300,000 / Month
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Law, Business, or a Social Science field.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities that support overall business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection of candidates for various roles.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics to enhance employee skills.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with current employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
- Admin Operations:
- Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a conducive and efficient work environment.
- Employee Benefits and Welfare:
- Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
- Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
