HR & Admin Manager:

  • Location: Kaduna
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary: N300,000 / Month
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Law, Business, or a Social Science field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities that support overall business objectives.
  2. Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection of candidates for various roles.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics to enhance employee skills.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with current employment laws.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  7. Admin Operations:
    • Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a conducive and efficient work environment.
  8. Employee Benefits and Welfare:
    • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
    • Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
  9. HR Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
